Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough

No signs that guide to the parking. And quite complicated to get to the Brera parking. Two gates and two tickets required. My parents also stayed here and somehow got a single room during check in. That's annoying when there is no one on site to help fix that. Bathroom somehow smelled like smoke. Rooms otherwise clean and simple. Cannot comment on the "Serviced" part. Room was not cleaned in two days. Which is OK. I think overall would not recommend.

Check in was self service and difficult- 2 rooms with one email not allowed even though they took a payment from me. No air conditioning, door to outside alley not safe to leave open to sleep. Could smell smoke from smoking guests. On small fan after 3 calls. Left in 2 hours and refusing to refund our additional 3 nights, 2 rooms. Still working to settle this

We staid at Brera appartments for 4 nights. It was not a good experience. The rooms are small, no air conditioning. The toilet in our room was poorly cleaned. The ventilation fan in the bathroom couldn't be turned off and it created the constant noise even in the room. We asked to adjust it. The door to the bathroom is very tight and it can be opened only with 2 hands. For me, this was a serious challenge after a recent hand surgery. The washing machines in the facility must be reserved through a special app. I installed the app, but it could not identify the washing machines. I asked for help with this and was told that I needed to contact the company that owns the washing machines (!). Frustrating.

Eigentlich alles bestens. Nur leider schreiben Sie einem keine Rechnung wenn man über Expedia gebucht hat. Andere Hotels machen das. Bei Expedia eine Rechnung zu bekommen ist sehr mühsam und eigentlich keine Rechnung sondern nur ein Beleg. Steht dann so auch drauf. Für Geschäftsreisende über Expedia nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Sonst ein sehr gutes Hotel.
