"Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, aber trotzdem zu Fuß oder über den nahen Bus in wenigen Minuten gut mit dem Stadtzentrum verbunden. Generell könnte die Anlage mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände in unserem Appartement stammten aus den 1980er Jahren. Der Empfang und auch der Service war sehr freundlich. Den Preis für das angebotene Frühstück (ca. 28 Euro pro Erwachsener und 17 Euro pro Kind) haben wir mit Blick auf das doch recht überschaubare...

"The location was great- just a few minutes walk into Tirolo's shops and hiking. The seilbahn (gondola) was just a few minutes walk up the hill. Parking was easily accessible, the hostess was super helpful, and the apartment rented was perfect for our needs- a basic stove/sink/refrigerator, dining area, access to an outdoor patio and garden, and comfortable bed. Residence - Palais Hörtenberg

10/10 Excellent

"We loved our stay at Palais Hortenberg. Everything was perfect, from the location across the street from the Archeological Museum where Otzi resides, to proximity to great restaurants, shopping, and the Funivia that takes you up into the spectacular hill country above the city. The hotel and staff were top notch. The bed was super comfortable and everything was high tech. This hotel is only 3 years old, and is equipped with the most modern of amenities. Would definitely recommend without reservation. "
