"Wir haben zwei Nächte im Hotel übernachtet. Es gat uns durchweg zugesagt. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war geräumig sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung komplett, alles funktionierte. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals. Frühstück und Restaurantangebot sind gut. Der Parkplatz war gut zu erreichen. Eine (öffentliche) Ladesäule Stecker Typ 2 befindet sich im Zufahrtsbereich. Der Bus ins Zentrum Schwerins fährt alle halbe Stunde. Die Haltestelle liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung. "

"Im Großen und Ganzen ein hübsches kleines Hotel. Die Rezeption war während unseres 4 tägigen Aufenthalt nicht besetzt. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Allerdings wurden die Käse und Wurstwaren aus dem Discounter angeboten. Die Eier Güteklasse 2 (das geht gar nicht bei einem Hotel in der Preisklasse). Wir hätten uns mehr regionale Produkte gewünscht. Gut geeignet für Ruhe suchende Gäste. "

    "The hotel is a good walkable location for accessing the town center and Schloss. Staff and check in were excellent. The rooms were spacious, modern, well decorated, and clean. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable. The parking garage was inexpensive and there was plenty of spaces. That is the good. It was a hot June weekend and a key criteria for choosing a hotel was an AC cooled room. Outside during the day, it was 32 centigrade. The room at check in was close to 30. When we returned in the evening the outside temperature was 24 centigrade. The room was still close to 30. We turned on the AC, all it did was blow warm air. Front desk was not able to assist. We were forced to sleep in a hot room that never cooled over the course of the night. Cooling should be based on room temperature and occupancy, not outside temperature."
