Historisk og centralt beliggende

Virkelig hyggeligt sted i gammel historisk bygning. Meget serviceminded og imødekommende personale, der dog virker til at have mange bolde i luften. Beliggenheden er i top i forhold til bymidten. Kan helt sikkert anbefales.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und einladend! Schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus. Das Restaurant "The George" serviert ein köstliches Abendessen und das vom Hotel angebotene Frühstück ist sicherlich köstlich. Ich kann das Weinhaus Uhle sehr empfehlen. Außerdem war es ein sehr schöner und einfacher Spaziergang zum Schloss Shwerin. In der Nähe gibt es so viele wunderbare Geschäfte, darunter ein Teeladen direkt gegenüber und ein Geschäft für Vintage-Kleidung im Block gegenüber vom Teeladen.

Ganz neu eröffnetes Traditionshotel aus dem 18 Jahrhundet an der schönsten Stelle von Schwerin. Tiptop neue und schöne Zimmer mit bester Einrichtung. Personal freundlich und nett. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Sehr niveauvoll

Morgenmaden virkede ikke frisk, som om den var lavet dagen før og sat på køl, æggemassen opvarmet i mikroovn, brødet tørt. Resten sf opholdet var meget fint, venligt og hjælpsomt service personale.

Old style hotel with modern rooms

Lovely hotel in a very quiet part of Schwerin, about 15 minutes walk from the railway station. Breakfast, although relatively expensive, was superb and well worth the money. Though not something I could manage every day. They have a very nice selection of wine and it would have been nice to have a bar area to enjoy these without going into the restaurant.

Mycket bra men ingen bra ventilation på rummet

Vi hade ett rum med balkong, de va tur för det var väldigt dålig ventilation i rummet och ingen AC då det är en äldre byggnad. Vi hade öppet hela natten, men likväl väldigt kvavt och varmt på rummet dag som natt. Däremot allt annat var bra, service mm.

I was surprised with the lack of cleanliness for a hotel that was almost 400/night. I had to spend the first 40 minutes of our stay to undue the bed as the bed sheet was tucked in. As I went to fix it I noticed the amount of hair/dog hair/other fluff etc underneath the sheet on the mattress cover. It was absolutely disgusting. Once I removed all of that using an entire lint roller we settled in. There was no dog bowl or anything provided in the room even though they are pet friendly and you are charged extra for the dog. The doorway to balcony was also defunct and wouldn’t close at times. The receptionist always seemed bothered by us initiating any convo when we had questions. She seemed annoyed. The breakfast that was I believe was almost 40 dollars was extremely underwhelming. We were given 3 tiny buns and 2/3 half slices of bread, a few small slices of cheese and salami. Just very small. Not fulfilling. And again we felt bothersome when requesting more buns or cheese. Parking is also a disaster. You need to almost go around the block to park in a garage but you need to borrow a key from the receptionist who again just is annoyed to see you lol. I would not return here.
