"The staff and service were amazing, they remembered it was my wedding anniversary, and the manager gave us a bottle of wine. Ronald was amazing in making sure we had our needs met. He took care of us during the trip and went out of his way to make sure our entire stay was amazing. Breakfast was good and had an extensive selection, but the sausage/meat could use some variety. The coffee/cappuccino machine was very good! The rooms were big and spacious. The shampoo/shower gel bottles could be bigger though. "

"This place was amazing. We stayed one night but wanted to stay longer. The pools are great and family friendly. Clean tent rooms. Only issue is that it is about a hour and a half walk from the city and 30 minute bus ride. Buses get full fast so you have to wait. There’s a really good cafe and dinner place right in front of the resort that is very accommodating and gets full. Not a lot of other options for food than that. "

"Really lovely hotel, nice staff and great service. Room was really nice, very comfy bed. Breakfast ok- limited choices in the buffet and no menu for hot breakfast. The outside courtyard was so lovely, perfect for an evening cocktail. Location good, you can walk into the centre of Florence within 15 mins. "

"Perfect location and beautiful hotel. The staff was helpful and attentive from the moment they greeted my taxis both coming and going. The breakfast offered a good variety of food choices although eggs, pancakes and coffee were never warm enough. It is pricey but a good choice ."

"The social hub was great! It’s walkable distance from the centre if one wants to walk but also 2min away from tram station making touring and getting to and from the airport super easy. The staff was helpful and nice. It was clean. The room was great with a comfortable bed and pillows and a great shower! The rooftop pool and bar were great on a sunny day to unwind. Recommended"

"Clean comfortable room (with AC), nice bathroom, elevator. Very attentive staff. Requires taxi or tram (5 min walk) to old city, shops, restaurants. Liked being outside of the chaos of Florence. "
