Crib they provided for the 2-year-old was best quality crib I have been provided at a hotel (it was an actual crib, not a pack-and-play, it was sturdy and had a quality mattress). The suite had plenty of room, even with the added crib. The staff were very friendly."

"We have stayed here often. It is our favorite. This trip was exceptionally great as we travelled into Toronto for a few Dr appointments for ourselves and our elderly uncle. His afternoon appt got cancelled, and he would have had to sit in hot traffic and waiting rooms with us while we attended our own appts. I called the front desk in the morning to see if there was anyway we could have an early check in so we could get him lunch and settled for a nap while we went downtown to our apptments. The staff were very accommodating and understanding. We were able to check in early and he had a nice lunch and nap in our room instead of a hot afternoon in traffic."
