"We waited over 35 minutes outside in the cold temperatures for the shuttle to arrive when we're told it would be there in 5 minutes."

"Very nice hotel, especially if you can get a good deal. We have stayed here many times and they are very accommodating. Was super exhausted before our check our time and they pushed back our time an hour for free!"
