"Because the hotel was fully booked with conventions, it was not available to us for early check-in, although we were offered that for a fee. We got to the hotel about 7:30 AM and had to hang around because of the weather inside until 3:00 PM when we could finally get our room. The hotel was lovely,, and the staff exceptional."

"Hotel in a central location - very close to the bus and train station. Absolutely amazing breakfast which included omelettes, pancakes. Everything that you could think of. Very busy hotel which held outside events but where we stayed on the 11th floor very quiet. Why we didn't give it 5 stars - we were there for 3 nights of which 1 morning our room wasn't cleaned until after 3pm, despite the cleaning staff being outside our room at 9.30am and another morning wasn't cleaned at all! Had to go down to reception to get fresh towels and I was questioned did I leave the sign out for no cleaning. No I didn't! Might be an idea to change your sign to say your guests want the rooms cleaned and there wouldn't be any confusion."
