"We had a great stay overall. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness mainly because of the size of the resort and the amount of people visiting daily. The staff were constantly cleaning and working around the clock, but guests can quickly make areas messy again. The only downside was the extra charges for early check-in and late check-out, which felt a bit steep, especially considering the standard check-in time is quite late at 3:00 pm and many travellers arrive on early flights. On the positive side, the evening and daytime entertainment were excellent, the grounds are beautiful, and the spa was lovely. The food was okay overall, but the fresh hot food was brilliant. The shuttle service to the square was also a really useful bonus."

"Property was clean , rooms very big and spacious, the pool is lovely as it has areas for the kids and the entertainment team are super fantastic at keeping everyone enjoying their stay all day. Restaurant staff are really great at customer service, food could have a bit more variety but ok . Overall all the staff made the stay a great one, definitely going back."

"The resort was 5 stars from the moment I entered. I was immediately shown around the resort by the butler for the villa, Samia. She would be my point of contact for anything i needed throughout the week. The villa was absolutely stunning, an oasis of relaxation. The resort is one of the most peaceful venues I've ever stayed at. From handling rides to and from the city, organizing reservations , handling laundry or anything you can think of : Samia and the concierge staff were always cheerful and happy to oblige. They really made you feel like you were at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!"

"The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were super friendly and helpful! Nawal and Toufeek (sp?) were especially superb and we were very grateful for their help! The room was good and the bed was comfortable. It was a little too firm for my wife, so they brought a mattress topper and that solved the issue and she slept great after that. The place is super centrally located, yet quiet, so that was nice. They do need to replace their towels, as many of them were a bit worn, but otherwise, this was a great choice."
