"Breakfast was well cooked but unfortunately I don’t like streaky bacon, seasoned tomato and large field mushrooms that are also seasoned. I think that should be left to the individual to decide at the table. Was very pet friendly . "

"Staff where amazing food was brilliant we just found the bed to bed lumpy and uncomfortable and the noise from the carpark was loud couldn’t get an early night so if you want peace and an early night this isn’t the place but I will come back for food etc "

"Very friendly staff. Warm cozy room. Well stocked bathroom - shower gel, shampoo, hand lotion, shower cap. Nice selection of teas and coffee in the room plus shortbread. A couple of areas could benefit from attention - some of furniture was a bit shabby, shower pressure was very low and oscillated between unbearably hot and tepid. Plenty of parking but there was no real guidance or convention as to the orientation/areas to park in. None of these were major issues. Lovely house and grounds."

"Room was beautiful and very quirky! Stayed while working in the area. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful and all freshly cooked to order. Would stay again, very reasonably priced."

"Stayed in new chalet-type rooms across the car park, which has loads of room. Room itself was very clean, modern and soundproofed. Had dinner and breakfast there, which were very nice. Ideal quiet place for staying if visiting Norwich area. We'll definitely be staying again. "

"I am afraid the experience was like 30 years ago. The rooms are clean but very dated. New bathroom though. Biggest issue was heating. We arrived at 3pm to a cold room. They had to change the heating timer for the whole hotel to warm our room … or so we were told. Later at 8-9 in the evening when we returned to our room the heating was already off again and the shower was Luke warm. The following morning was fine though. "
