"The entrance looked very good however wheb you got into the area of the rooms it looked horrible. Alot of the tiles on the floor in the corridors were cracked, the place was more of a motel. The room was livable, the tv channels were often in and out. We got in rather late and our bed sheet had a stain so we left the covers on and slept. In the morning we asked for clean sheets and was told not that day we had to wait untik day 2. We were not there when the cleaner came and the sheet did not get cleaned. We just purchased some and used them until we left and took our own after. The continential breakfast was horrible it was toast, bagels with cream cheese or jelly, and oatmeal. They would often have a fruit out like bananas, oranges or apples. Coffee was self accessible but if you wanted tea they had to boil the water in the back. The air conditioning worked perfectly so that was a plus i guess. Oh and the vending machines didn’t work properly, it took our cash and when we reported it to the front desk they said we had to call the vendor ourself. The phone in the room didn’t work though and we were not from the US so we couldn't call."

"The toilet was leaking a lot and wet the carpet and they send somebody to fix it and wasn’t fix. They have to send somebody else. But they never offer anything to remediate the situation "

"I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The room had roaches, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience."

"Room was. not clean properly, checking in was awful paid for pool view went to the room and there was no pool view we went back to the same guy told him that there was no pool view the gentleman said yes it is and if we use the room, I just left you 15 minutes ago really, so he give us a different room and that room was not pool view it was view pool been there for 8 days no one came to clean the room "

"Great location. Perfect for visiting Cleveland Clinic. Buffett breakfast had everything and good quality. The Buffett staff was very friendly and kept replenishing everything in a timely manner. Everything super clean. Efficient system. The hotel staff friendly, accomodating, efficient front desk and housekeeping. They have special prices for people visiting the Cleveland Clinic. It has a shuttle to the Clinic, the mall and supermarket. The apt. layout convenient plus 2 TVs! We are pleased to recommend this place for any occasion."
