"What I did like about the property was Latoya she made me feel welcome as always what I did not like about the property is no towels and washcloths when you ask for them they get very upset but yet and still they don’t wanna give you no towels or washcloths they act like they have a problem if you ask for clean towels and a washcloth, they might bring you a towel and no washcloths Security need to be retrain instead of trying to flirt with the Guest and if you don’t want to flirt with them they get an attitude and don’t wanna do their job they sit there while you’re crossing the street on your own but jump up for other people not cool"

"My stay at the Grand Palladium was beautiful. I had an ocean view room. I was on a solo trip and although this is more of a family friendly resort, I still felt relaxed and had so much fun. The massage I had at the spa was amazing. The restaurants were great, my favorites were the steak house, seafood restaurant and hibachi. I will be coming back with my family!"

"My husband and I were there celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. We could not be more pleased with our overall experience. From the moment we walked into the resort, everyone was so polite and helpful. We cannot say enough nice things about the staff. We had the team of Melisia and Chantae assisting us with reservations and such. They were amazing. We will ask for them when we go back. The room was very nice and had an amazing view. Housekeeping kept us very well supplied with towels as well as keeping the room clean. There were several restaurants to choose from. The one's we were able to try were very satisfying. The buffet had a wide variety to choose from plus several omelet/made to order eggs stations. We enjoyed the entertainment and activities as well as massages at the spa. The beach called out to us every day. Whether it was just relaxing, reading a book, snorkeling or partaking in water activities, we were beyond pleased with the ease of access, accommodations and maintenance of the beaches. We would recommend (and have) the resort to anyone. We are already planning our return visit."

"The Azul is a wonderful property on excellent beach front "7 mile beach Nigril". The staff, cleansiness of the Property were great. There is activities for all age to enjoy. I first encountered a long 1.5 hours wait time to get my room. We were disappointed with the food selection. Very little authenticity of the Jamaican food basic "jerk chicken". Quality of food was poor. Staff in all the departs I encountered were welcoming pleasant and accommodating. Management address the meals, good food is key to a great vacation."
