"Beautiful Hotel with lovely staff who went out of their way to help. Nice walk into town although uphill on the way back , taxi only 4 euros anyway. Would definitely stay again . Breakfast was outstanding."

Jede Person kann immer in jeden Waschraum und in jedes Stockwerk, es gibt keine Verriegelungen. Ich hatte mich bei der Rezeption beschwert, dort wurde auch zugegeben, dass es gerade in den Waschräumen nicht gut aussieht, aber ließ sich nicht ändern. Ich habe dann nach zwei Tagen ausgecheckt, die Angestellten, mit denen ich gesprochen habe, waren sehr bemüht und...

"We had a beautiful room with 4 beds, as requested. It included a deck with an amazing view down to the ocean. We were pleased to find the adjacent restaurant open for dinner. "

"Fine for what I paid. This was a no frills base while I explored Anaga and Teno national parks. Basic but no issue due to price "

"There was four staff members that made my stay enjoyable. Naomi, Joel and Daniel at the front desk and I lady who always greeted us at the buffet she had a pleasant smile always accommodating. With out those four staff members we would of left and hone to another hotel. "
