"The room was clean and updated. The area was quiet at night due to ongoing road construction. Having a coffee maker in the room would have been nice rather than having to wait until after 7 am to get coffee in the office. The dehumidifier and A/C in the room were noisy. The on-site owners were not especially friendly."

"We loved our stay there. The family that owns it now is so kind and friendly. They’ve worked so hard on the place and it shows. The pool and hot tub were awesome and the outdoor area is so cute. The rooms were nicely redone as well. Only thing is to beware if you have dog allergies. Dogs are allowed and I think the dander is not easily removed from the rooms so that was a little rough since one of us was allergic to dogs. Other than that- I highly recommend. "

"Old hotel kept in shape. Rooms are small. I asked for a larger one and I was accommodated to a lovely room with king bed, tub and separate shower. Breakfast was delicious. I sat on screened-in patio. "

"Our stay was relaxing, surrounded by beautiful gardens right in town but feeling like we were surrounded by nature. We could walk out the door and into shops and restaurants. The room was tastefully decorated and furnished with homemade muffins, fruit, cereal, juice/milk and coffee. Hosts on site but never intrusive. Highly recommend."
