"the slot machine i was playing on froze up, message appeared on screen "call service tech", Phillipino waitress was walking by i asked her if she could call technician to service the machine she responded in a not so good manner quote " I CAN'T FIX IT" all she needed to say "I will call the service technician""

"We can to traverse city for a tournament for our daughter and we absolutely loved this resort. The staff went above and beyond to make sure things were comfortable and convenient for us. 100% would stay again and in fact we’re already planning the same trip for next year! Wonderful stay!
