"Second time staying at Artotel Simpang Temu, room was quite spacious and clean. Amenities were quite good, shower and toilet are in excellent condition. The hotel is located next to commuter rail, MRT and airport train station. It does get crowded but the place is still lively even at night. Didn't get the breakfast option so can't comment on it but it looks quite good. "

"Elevator was too slow and bathroom too small. Toilet roll quality was shocking. Need more training to Front Staff / Reception of the 1st Floor one. Need more competency and courtesy manners. "

"Pour le prix, l’hôtel est très bien. Le quartier est parfaitement situé et la piscine de l’hôtel est très agréable. Par contre ne comptez pas avoir des douches avec de l’eau chaude ou bien parfois pas de douche. Mais sinon dans l’ensemble un bon rapport qualité prix. "

"I would only stay here for short few days and if I dont need to spend too much time in the room. Pros: - Very responsive and helpful staff/front office (hospitality is v.good) - daily cleaning - location - pretty good amenities Cons: - Not really well maintained, mould and damp marks in many places (only took a few pictures, but there are many of them) - uncomfortable smell of an old room - very uncomfortable mattress, got a backpain - no sunlight, window is facing other building's wall"

"I have request non smoking room before arrival, however, the smell of the room still really bad of smokers, not sure whether the room that assigned to me is smoking floor is not cause i forgot to ask since i arrived very late at night and very tired. Ask for iron also takes so long, it seems they only have one item and i should waiting from another guest almost 30mins. However their room really spacious "
