"The view from our room was gorgeous! Staff was courteous and very helpful. We ate at the restaurant 3 times during our stay (twice for breakfast, once for lunch). The food was excellent at each buffet, though we thought the dinner buffet was overpriced. The hotel was very conveniently located just a short walk away from a subway stop. I highly recommend this hotel if you are wanting to stay in the Asakusa area of Tokyo! *****+"

"It was great. Location was perfect, not too busy so our kiddo could decompress at the end of long days. Staff was very helpful and made arrangements to have our luggage forwarded to Kyoto. Also called taxi for us on a couple occasions. And the space!! Much more space than a tiny hotel. Would definitely recommend. "

"I have stayed in this chain in Kyoto before and loved it. However this specific one in Tokyo did not live up to the one in Kyoto. There is no sense of relaxation maybe because it was in the heart of a touristy area and next to some roller coaster ride which we could hear from our room. The hotel itself seems tired, should revamp some stuff including the very firm bed and pillows. The staff was kind enough to get us softer pillows but those totally fell flat as well. In Kyoto I remember the popsicles and yogurt drinks were available all day unless they have changed it’s policy because this location had limited hours for that. Overall this was my least hotel of my whole Japan trip between 4 hotels. With that said I would probably not recommend it unless you enjoy firm beds."

"The location of this hotel is a great spot. The room itself along with the hotel is well maintained and comfortable. The availability of the laundry machines along with access to the rooftop with an amazing view just adds as a bonus. Only issue that we had was the air conditioning wasn't working properly but it may have been an error on our end due to language barrier which was fine regardless. Amazing hotel! Would come back again."

"This was the Prime Location!!! A complete mall below the hotel with underground connection to Ikebukuro station. Only a ten minute walk to the train station that has access to all the major parts of Tokyo. We could not have been happier. The room was nice and our view from the 33rd floor was gorgeous. Good shower and tub. Provided our pajamas and fresh linens daily. Even a family mart right next to the elevator. We ate the best ramen of our entire trip only 200m away from the hotel. "
