"Great cheap, easy to locate property close to at least three transit stations. Easy Access to the Bullet Train station and Hankyu Railway and Red Metro Line. Nice, safe feeling area with an array of small convenience stores. 2 laundry areas are provided, 500 yen for washand dry in about 1h30. Staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. Breakfast can be purchased for 1500yen. The hotel operates an eco policy in which the room is cleaned only every three days. Daily Towel Changes and Trash Collection are available. The room was a little dusty, this was exacerbated when the AC was switched on. This was a minor inconvenience. Repeat Visitor and would use again."

"I got assigned a top floor room with a beautiful view, the baths were a perfect way to relax after checking in, and the breakfast the next morning was superb. Only downside is I didn’t stay longer!! "

They also made some excellent recommendations on things to see and do in Osaka. Hotel facilities were good and clean. Will definitely use this hotel again if I return to Osaka. "Stayed just one night in Kobe to take a sake brewery tour (worth it!). This hotel is steps from the Shinkansen station so very easy access. Also a short train or cab ride from Sannomiya, the heart of the city. Had a pricey dinner at the Teppanyaki restaurant in the hotel but it was outstanding. Breakfast with the room was very substantial & they offer a Japanese option elsewhere. Rooms are aging a bit but very comfortable with good lighting. They have a coin laundry which we did not use. Nespresso coffee machine as in most Japanese hotels. No complaints and could have easily spent a few more days there. Fast internet too! Great views from the 20th floor."
