"I got assigned a top floor room with a beautiful view, the baths were a perfect way to relax after checking in, and the breakfast the next morning was superb. Only downside is I didn’t stay longer!! "

"The hotel is fairly close to station which makes it easier to travel around Osaka. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They also made some excellent recommendations on things to see and do in Osaka. Hotel facilities were good and clean. Will definitely use this hotel again if I return to Osaka. "Stayed just one night in Kobe to take a sake brewery tour (worth it!). This hotel is steps from the Shinkansen station so very easy access. Also a short train or cab ride from Sannomiya, the heart of the city. Had a pricey dinner at the Teppanyaki restaurant in the hotel but it was outstanding. Breakfast with the room was very substantial & they offer a Japanese option elsewhere. Rooms are aging a bit but very comfortable with good lighting. They have a coin laundry which we did not use. Nespresso coffee machine as in most Japanese hotels. No complaints and could have easily spent a few more days there. Fast internet too! Great views from the 20th floor."

"The staff were polite and friendly. Guided us through the process of taking a Yakuta and how to use the private onsens. Very nice to stay in a traditional ryokan."
