I received a very warm welcome from the son of my host, who was very helpful with regards to recommendations for bars and restaurants. The apartment is very close to the town centre. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and very well-appointed. Thank you!

This is a small 2 room hotel. There is easy parking available right outside the room. We picked this hotel because we had a rental car and wanted to take the train to Cinque Terre. Hotels in the main city of La Spezia had very limited or complicated parking. This worked out very well as the train station was only ~500 meters from the hotel. Our room was absolutely spotless. We stay in a lot of hotels of all price ranges both in chains and independent hotels and the attention to detail at this small was very impressive...it ticked all the boxes in a way that usually only the better brands of chain hotels do. One important note is that unlike so many hotels in this part of the world, air conditioning and heating is independently in each room. Would definitely stay again!
