"Excellent location, right on the main Plaza. The lobby almost feels like entering an Art Gallery. They skillfully blended a modern design with the original old stone walls. The room was a decent size and had all the amenities. Very quiet in the evening."

Many restaurants nearby, Gelato/bakeries with sumptuous thick hot choco steps away, main shopping is walkable, souvenir shops, Restaurants and many more. Serantes seafood restaurant.was great, 5 min walk to the left, recommended by staff. Hotel is fancy. So much better location than the old town area and very safe area. "

"It is located on the Main Street of Bilbao across El Corte Ingles. The car park is a walk but we didn’t mind. The staff were very good and the rooms are excellent.we will definitely stay again."
