"What the owner failed to mention is that there is a huge metal construction obstructing the ocean view from the balcony. This omission feels unfair and dishonest. Additionally, after staying in other apartments within the same three massive Orbi buildings, I can confidently say that this one is overpriced compared to identical apartments. It was definitely not worth it, and I will never lease this room again."

"Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. "This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were very rude. The shower water was warm for a few moments and then turned cold. You have to wait a long time to use the elevator. There was a terrible sewage smell coming from the rooms. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel"
