The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, tidy, wifi, TV, all necessary equipment. Most importantly, the apartment was close to the sea. There were cafes, restaurants, shops around the apartment. In the end, we can say that I spent a pleasant day in Batumi.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Orbi City Batumi "We had an amazing stay at Orbi City in Batumi. The location is absolutely perfect, just steps away from the beach and close to all major attractions, restaurants, and entertainment areas. The apartment was spotless, modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The host was extremely professional, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The room exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and overall quality. Fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, excellent facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere made our vacation truly memorable. This is not a hotel. Is basically a hotel room rented as an “ apartment” except there is no cleaning service which makes sense but when I came in, at the dishes where sticky and not fresh, the shower was literally black and not deeply cleaned in a very long time. Lots of l hair everywhere. The bed did not have bed sheet protection… pillows were weird. My daughters and my head was super itchy towards the morning. Not enough towels. Only 2 small tiny travel size shampoo for 6 nights and same with soap. I had to wash the dishes to drink tea and eat some basic food we had there. There’s a washing machine but is basically pointless to have it there because there is no drier and in the balcony is very windy so the clothes fall down in the dirty floor. The way it looks in the pictures has nothing to do with the reality. I really don’t recommend anyone staying here for this price . I’m sure there are better options, both hotels and apartments. When I expressed my experience with the person in charge in providing the key and knocking the door to say that check out time had come, as well as the owner and his wife they were rude and defending themselves that we are not in New York. Anyway.. that’s a whole different topic. Batumi is nice overall but this hotel def. NO

Apartment is very clean and modern comfortable. I really enjoyed apartment located high floor amazing sea sea view . Room has big fridge washing machine microwave wave. Has kitchen and all facility. Room is siutable for 3 person. Near the building is many activity. For example near the building is many restaurants supermarket pharmacy; Boulevard and dancing fountain. I strongly recommend this comfortable and lovly place.

I was 42 floor very comfortable room directly sea view. Sunset side . Room is vell equipped building itself is new ans modern. Bed is comfortable good mattress clean towels linen. I will returm for sure. Big recomendation from me. Onwer meet us in the reception and give us the key. Will better to contact the owner before check in time. Nice atay very clean apartment. 👌

I had a wonderful stay at Orbi City Hotel in Batumi. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with an amazing sea view. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Batumi and would love to come back again!

The place is sell like is a hotel but is not, is a studio, very dirty, nasty and disgusting. I stayed for 12 days every day I was begging the owner to get the clean service and he was always saying tomorrow I’ll make it happen and never did. You can’t get reimbursed, the people in the lobby work for the building but not for the room, as I said is a studio no a hotel room. There is no pool like they said. Big lines to get into the elevator. Please don’t make the mistake of booking in here. My worst experience.

This is not the famous HOLIDAY INN hotels. I was put in very small and dirty room completely different from the listed photos. Waiting time at the elevator was very long 30-45 minutes, always busy and croweded. No house keeping every day. It is absolutely not worth the price you pay for.
