Amenities, like the pool and spa were roomy and great to relax in. To top it all off, the next morning there was a beautiful breakfast buffet that had foods like fresh fruits, eggs and more. "We loved our stay at Palais Hortenberg. Everything was perfect, from the location across the street from the Archeological Museum where Otzi resides, to proximity to great restaurants, shopping, and the Funivia that takes you up into the spectacular hill country above the city. The hotel and staff were top notch. The bed was super comfortable and everything was high tech. This hotel is only 3 years old, and is equipped with the most modern of amenities. Would definitely recommend without reservation.

Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "
