"The room was clean and spacious. We only stayed for one night on our way to the dolomites. Staff were ok not friendly nor rude. The only thing i have to say is that the breakfast buffet was full of bugs I couldn’t eat anything. Nothing had a cover flies everywhere."

"Stayed in a 2-br suite with a family of 7, which worked really well. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and amenities (pool, kids games etc). Great location proximate to restaurants within walking distance. Our only issue was that the air conditioning turned off in the middle of the night and we had no control. Ended up sleeping very hot given the warm European summer and constantly woke up while sleeping. Overall, we enjoyed the property, service and amenities."

"The remote location and stunning views of the mountains is absolutely breathtaking! The staff at this hotel are wonderful and cater to your every whim. We enjoyed the top rated breakfast and Tea time that was included with our reservation. The cuisine is outstanding and farm to table fresh. We had an issue with our room but they dealt with it expediently and upgraded us to a wonderful suite. I would highly recommend staying at this boutique hotel."

"Excellent excellent property!! Every penny was worth it.. one thing i could point out to improve would be the dinner time staff could do a little better… but this didn’t spoil our stay at all. Very good hotel, everyone was super helpful and friendly. Pools were amazing and very well maintained. Will definitely visit again and will recommend to other travellers visiting the dolomites."

"The hotel was fantastic. Very quiet, wonderful to be surrounded by nature and only hear birdsong. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the facilities were spotless and there were some nice touches such as complimentary apples, spring water and even a hot water bottle. Great to have no television and the hotel's sustainability scores highly and is to be commended. This hotel deserves to be in the Leading Hotels of the World and we will definitely return."
