They accomodated when needed and was very generous too. So clean, smells amazing when you walk in, relaxing, no overcrowding of people, easy flow, ready to help at every change. Meals for breakfast was amazing, complimentary upon arrival with champagne the esthetics...l could go on and on. Customer sercice was 10/10. I will be back...

"The room was awesome, looked better in-person than the pictures. The beach is literally across the street and there are plenty of places to eat just a short drive. The drinks are way watered down at the tourist restaurants. There are several grocery stores just minutes away. We saved money buying breakfast and lunch stuff to make in the room and eating out for dinners. I highly recommend this room, perfect spot and the price for Puerto Rico was great. "I did not like this place at all and me and my family felt like no one on the property wanted to help us and didn’t know anything about what we could do around the area. Expedia was not helpful on helping me retrieve my my back because supposedly their was a glitch in their system. It really put me and my family in a bad spot! Don’t stay here there pool is so far away from the room and restaurants are also far and the other supposedly mother hotels told me and my family that we could not use...
