The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool and overall atmosphere were amazing, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and felt very luxurious. "I love this villa. The location is great, walking distance to everything. The room was clean and beautiful. Balcony looks over jungle and river. The bathroom was spacious with all the amenities including water for brushing your teeth. The villa also had a mini fridge ,kettle and bottles of water. The staff with ask you via Whatsapp, if you if you want housekeeping. The pool is very clean and nice, right next to the water palace. "

"Not suitable for families. No phones in rooms. No smart tv ( kids cannot access tv in anyway ) Pool was dirty . Maintenance is poor. Construction ongoing in and around the villa. All you can hear is construction tools noise . No easy access /no ramps incase u r injured . Even the driver who came to pick us felt uneasy as the staff was pushing him for our entire day schedule. Charged me 1M for an upgrade and gave the worst room filled with cockroaches Overall disappointing"

"Hotel was new. Design was well done. Marble and tile. Be prepared had different levels. Steps to lobby, steps to room. Did have ramps a bit steep on staiirs. Shower had no grab bars in a big open area. Staff was kind, helpful and an absolute delight. Food was excellent. ."
