"Breakfast was lovely. The room was very nice and unlike anything I'd been in before. The checkout process was very smooth and I was able to retrieve my bag later in the day after leaving it with them. 10/10"

"I asked at the front desk whether we were entitled to complimentary parking, and I was specifically told that we were and that I only needed to exchange the parking ticket at the reception desk. However, when I checked out, I was charged for two nights of parking, even though I only used the parking facility for one night. Woke up at 3am to find an ant colony living under the bedside lamp. Bathroom floor towel also covered in ants. I had to leave and it was 4am. Charged my card the room plus two deposits. Greasy dive hotel, don’t bother. "

"Overall lovely Hotel to stay at while at a conference. Very central location and convenient underground parking. The pool was a very nice feature. My room was very nice and comfortable overall, but my AC unit was noisy and made a whining/ rattling noise- which caused some interrupted sleep."
