"We had a great stay. Our room was clean, and the hallways even had a fresh clean smell. Breakfast was plentiful with sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and waffle maker, cereal, juice, milk, coffee plus standard grab and go type items as well. Check in/out was a breeze. We stayed in the same hotel last year to attend the Singing in the Smokies. It is a recently renovated hotel that was just as nice this year as it was last year. "

"The friendly staff made the check in process quick and easy. The units are a bit dated, but they were clean and comfortable. The units on either side were occupied, but we never heard any noise. I will definitely stay here in the future and add one or two days to check out all the included amenities. "

"The suite was cozy, clean, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were soft. Because they're working on road repairs, it's about a 15-minutes drive from the suite to US-64. There aren't many places to eat nearby, but the suite has a fully equipped kitchen"

"The only problem that we had was the first unit they sent us to was not ready. The bed wasn’t made, the patio to the balcony was open, and there were spiders in the jacuzzi tub. But when staff was notified they rectified the problem. Other than that minor minor and yes I meant to say it twice because it wasn’t horrible. But other than that we had a marvelous time. We will be coming back. It will be me and my woman’s getaway spot. Thanks again!!!!!"
