No minimo decepcionante

Infelizmente nao foi boa. O ar condicionado estava quebrado. Mandamos msg e a atendente avisou que iriam mandar um tecnico porem o mesmo soh veio 30min antes do check out, 24h apos o chamado ter sido aberto! Alem disso, a fechadura eletronica estava sem bateria e no ultimo dia ficamos com medo de sair e nao conseguir entrar devido a falta de bateria da fechadura eletronica. Nao voltaria a me hospedar com certeza.

I recently stayed at Charlie Brooklyn Apartments for four nights, and overall, it was a mixed experience. A few positives are that the building is secure, and the shower pressure was great. However, there were quite a few more downsides. The check-in process was inconvenient – I had to upload documents online before arrival, and there’s no receptionist in the building. To enter, you have to ring the building’s intercom and speak to a porter in Portuguese, which could be challenging if you’re not familiar with the language. The room itself was basic and lacked window insulation, so road noise was constant all day (there’s a dual carriageway outside); earplugs are essential if you’re a light sleeper. Though mostly clean, there were stains on the bedding and towels, which needed replacing, and there wasn’t any body wash provided. Assistance is only available through WhatsApp, which, although 24/7, was a bit inconvenient since staff aren’t on-site. Lastly, despite requesting a hairdryer daily, I never received one. If you’re okay with a minimal setup and can manage the noise, it’s a secure place with polite staff, but there’s definite room for improvement in amenities and the check-in experience.

Novo, prático, ao lado da estação metrô Brooklin

Flat compacto, vista belíssima, bem cuidado, bem equipado. Localização excelente ao lado do metrô Estação Brooklin. Administração Charlie prática, eficiente, correta. recomendo fortemente a Expedia/hoteis.com. Escolhemos sempre flats da Charlie ou Housi. (Já tivemos uma péssima experiência com administração da 360 e neste tipo de locação/reserva, seriedade e eficiência é tudo.)

Foi bem dentro do esperado pelo que eu tinha visto nos comentarios antes de fechar. A unica coisa que como nao fui com meu marido, nao consegui duas camas de solteiro e dai como fui com a amiga tivemos que dormir juntas. Mas demais estava tudo OK e bem limpo.

Excelente apart. Limpo, organizado. Ótima localização. Tive um problema com a senha, eram 22h. Mas mesmo assim atenderam rapidamente pelo WhatsApp e resolveram e poucos minutos. A cortina também estava um pouco fora, mas no outro resolveram sem eu solicitar, o que é muito bom, mas acho que poderiam ter me comunicado. Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza.

Gente q lugar maravilhoso de ficar!!! O quarto é exatamente como o da foto. Cama muito confortável, a limpeza do lugar TMB é muito boa e a comunicação TMB. Lugar muito tranquilo e bem seguro e com acesso a metrô q te leva p vários lugares. A piscina é linda. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.
