Hotel Nacional Inn Jaragua São Paulo
Check in very good, Room service terrible. I asked for a Burger and ketchup. Bacon was extra cooked and Ketchup never arrived... Not even after I complained. Very disappointing... Apart from that my stay was good, rooms are very good and front desk very friendly.

Comfort Hotel Guarulhos - Aeroporto
I was disappointed with my stay. The shower was leaking water and flooded the entire bathroom every time it was used. The hair dryer was also not working, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel advertises an airport shuttle, but they do not clearly inform you that it only goes to Terminal ...
