"What I liked the most was the breakfast, with a variety of everything. It was one of the best breakfasts I have seen. Also, the servers in the breakfast room were very pleasant and friendly. In addition, the room rates are reasonable. Also, the hotel is centrally located."

"Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Ponta del Gada and we had a room with a view of the harbor, which was fun. The front desk staff were really helpful, setting us up with ebikes and parking. The breakfasts were excellent, especially the cooked to order omelettes. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and it was one of our best meals. Only complaint is that the bathroom was too dark - hard to get ready when you can hardly see yourself! But this was minor and we had a great stay."
