Ja foi bom !

Ja havia me hospedado la a uns anos atras e havia amado, por isso voltei e para minha surpresa esta tudo completamente diferente, o unico funcionario simpático foi o Robson, o pessoal da cozinha parece que esta com raiva da vida, cafe da manha bom, mas quando falta algo demoram a repor e se voce pede a cara é feia, pleno domingo e acabou o presunto, e os bolos eram os que sobraram de sábado. Apesar de constar frigobar abastecido eles nao põem 1 agua, a cama é muito boa, mas nao havia nem uma toalha de rosto no quarto, apenas toalhas de banho, peguei pelo aplicativo bem antes da viagem e quando fui fechar a conta com consumo de água fui cobrada pela estadia, poxa desagradável a situação, a piscina consta no site como climatizada mas não é. Detalhe sobre o quarto tem um odor horrível de esgoto no banheiro que se espalha pelo quarto, quando alguem no quarto ao lado toma banho ou da descarga ouvimos tudo. Uma experiência nada agradável para o que seria uma viagem de descanso.

Hotel muito bom com café da manhã maravilhoso, funcionários super atenciosos e simpáticos, é a segunda vez que fico nele, a primeira vez ficamos de frente pra rua e o barulho de carros é constante, esse última pedi um quarto de fundos mas nos deram o 505 próximo a escada e as pessoas, inclusive funcionários, falam muito alto e tarde da noite na recepção e ouvimos tudo, havia um hóspede que gritava da escada por alguém que estava no saguão isso as 23h, sem intervenção da recepção! Único ponto negativo, no mais volto mais vezes só quero um quarto de fundos 501/503 deve ser mais silenciosos.

Excelente opção para quem tem filhos

Gostei muito desse hotel, tem várias características interessantes para quem viaja com os filhos, como a brinquedoteca, cadeiras para crianças e canais infantis na TV. O hotel é antigo e por isso tem algumas questões advindas disso, tais como acesso apenas por escada na entrada principal, porém, cadeirantes podem fazer isso de outros acessos. Além disso, o hotel usa bem o fato de ter história, há uma sala com móveis antigos que fica bem interessante. A estante de leitura tem ótimos e interessantes livros. O antendimento e a recepção que tivemos foi bastante né amistoso e cordial.

Fomos muito bem recebidos e bem orientados desde a entrada até a saída. A Fernanda (recepcionista) foi muito gentil e nos colocou em um quarto no térreo para que minha mãe (idosa) não precisasse subir escadas. A comida era ótima. Não usamos a piscina, pois o tempo não colaborou. Minha filha adorou o REAL, gatinho do hotel que fica transitando na parte externa das dependências. Ficamos pouco tempo. Mas curtimos muito a estadia.

Hotel simples de excelente custo / beneficio, próximo ao Centro, Funcionárias (os) muito simpáticas (os) e ótimo Café da manhã. Fiquei apenas uma noite e nem cheguei perto da piscina, que é uma boa opção para dias nais quentes (o que não foi o caso da minga estadia)...enfim, recomendo tranquilamente!!

Só elogios a tecer sobre a hospedagem e atendimento do Hotel, Recepcionista Fernanda e o Sr. Luis são muito simpáticos e solícitos a todas as ocasiões, ,hotel conta com estacionamento coberto, sem manobrista como previamente descrito, dependências são aconchegantes, assim como o quarto em que ficamos hospedados. Bem próximo ao parque das águas, ficando em uma rua bem tranquila, café da manhã com muita variedade e com os produtos de excelente qualidade. Voltarei com certeza com mais tempo para curtir tudo que é oferecido pela cidade e este hotel

Custo benefício muito bom.

O hotel é bem legal, gostamos do atendimento, do quarto e do café da manhã. No banheiro não tem shampoo ou toquinha etc., só sabonete. Tem cafezinho, chá, bolinho e água disponíveis o dia todo. O estacionamento não é muito grande, se o hotel estiver cheio não tem lugar para todos os carros. Vários acessos são feitos por escada, o que talvez dificulte no caso de idosos e cadeirantes cadeirantes. Mas, creio que o maior problema seja a localização que não é tão central.
