O quarto estava limpo embora com um cheiro acentuado de material de limpeza. Fiquei em um quarto duplo, no cômodo com as camas de solteiro não havia ar condicionado, apenas ventilador de teto. Os quartão são ok, roupa de cama idem. O que nós incomodou foi o chuveiro elétrico. Devido ao pé direito alto ele fica mais acima e mesmo na temperatura mais quente, pois fazia frio, tem que abrir bem pouco a ponto de ficar ligando e desligando para entregar uma água não tão quente. Chuveiro elétrico é complicado. Geralmente, não entrega a água em volume e temperatura adequados.

O hotel tem uma boa localização, o atendimento dos funcionários é bom, o apartamento é simples mas é confortável. Como sugestão colocar abajur nas cabeceiras para não ter que ficar com a lâmpada na vista.

Quarto 115 - quarto silencioso. Janela não abre. Só tem ventilador. Frigobar não ligava. Interfone não funcionava nem ligaram pra fazer funcionar. Cortina com melecas antigas. Toalhas encardidas/antigas. Não tem espelho no quarto. Chão limpo. Banheiro limpo. Tampa do vaso quebrada belisca a perna. Tivemos que pedir papel higiênico e trocaram o frigobar. Café da manhã agradavel bom horário. Ponto de onibus para o centro perto não precisa de uber.

O quarto que nos colocaram, a janela dava para um prisma, com ventilação e vista para uma área de serviço. Acredito que foi por ser um quarto que estava na promoção. Mas esta promoção não é promoção quando o nível de qualidade do quarto é alterado. É enganação. O resto do hotel, equipe, instalação externa, café da manhã, tudo ok. Acredito que foi Deprimente.
