Excelente localização e ótimo atendimento

Hotel muito bem localizado, em frente ao Parque das Águas. Quarto grande e confortável. Café da manhã bom, com várias opções de bolos, frutas e pães. Nem precisa retirar o carro da garagem, já que o hotel está a alguns passos do calçadão , onde possui bons restaurantes, cafeterias e lojas . Também existe um supermercado na rua paralela ao hotel .

A estadia ótima. Dessa vez a limpeza do refeitório deixou a desejar. E quando fomos fazer o e checkout achamos a receptividade bem fria com os hóspedes. São mais atenciosos para com grupos ( excursões). Com tudo isso ainda continuamos dando Preferência para o Carmem Palace Hotel. O importante é demonstramos cordialmente e um ótimo astral a todos que estão prontos para nos atender . Foram momentos agradáveis que passamos em São Lourenço.

Eu já havia me hospedado nesse hotel. Me surpreendeu a qualidade das toalhas de banho, de rosto e também do piso. Fotografei somente a toalha de rosto muito gasta. Infelizmente não estou conseguindo enviar.

Podia ser melhor.

"A minha estadia foi razoável, com alguns pontos que poderiam ser melhorados. O café da manhã ficou aquém das minhas expectativas, tanto em variedade quanto em qualidade. Além disso, senti falta de cortinas blackout no quarto, o que acabou interferindo na qualidade do sono, logo ao chegar detectei a lampada do toalete queimada e o controle remoto nao funcionava pois as pilhas estavam sem carga. Resumindo o custo beneficio nao compensa pelo que oferece, o ponto positivo e a localizacao.

Experiência muito satisfatória, quartos limpos, organizados, colaboradores com extrema educação e simpatia. Faço apenas uma observação que nao tira a qualidade e os méritos do estabelecimento: poderiam colocar interruptores ao lado da cama, pois e precoso levantar paraapagar as luzes do quarto! De maneira getal, muito bom e recomendo!

Localização ótima

O hotel tem uma boa limpeza nos quartos e banheiros. O café da manhã é mediano, faltam opções de fruta. Nos quartos os colchões são mais antigos e os cobertores também.A localização é ótima e é possível fazer tudo a pé.
