Minha estadia foi, no geral, positiva. O local é muito bonito e a equipe do hotel é bastante atenciosa, o que contribuiu para uma boa experiência durante a hospedagem. No entanto, tive um grande desconforto no momento do check-out. Após pagar cerca de R$ 5.800,00 por duas diárias, fui surpreendido com a cobrança de uma taxa de serviço de 10% (aproximadamente R$ 580,00). Apesar de ter sido informado naquele momento que a cobrança era opcional, a forma como foi apresentada me deixou constrangido em recusar o pagamento. Acabei pagando, mesmo me sentindo bastante desconfortável com a situação. Sugiro que o hotel seja mais transparente quanto a esse tipo de taxa desde o momento da reserva ou durante a estadia, para evitar esse tipo de situação e proporcionar uma experiência mais tranquila aos hóspedes.

O local é surpreendente!! As cabanas ficam literalmente no meio da floresta, porém muito próximo da recepção e do restaurante! As cabanas possuem todo conforto e a alimentação é maravilhosa!! A equipe toda, muito educada, solicita e sempre pronta para nos atender! É super simpáticos com nossas cachorras também!! O local permite animais e eles são muito bem vindos por todos! Valeu muito a pena a visita!
