"The rooms were kept very clean, and the staff is excellent. They are very knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to give a recommendation. Your location in Praca Velha is perfect. It is right in the middle of all the Christmas events. The garden behind the hotel is quite lovely and a great place to spend some time reading a book in nature. My wife and I appreciated the fact that we were within walking distance of so many things (Cultural Centre, Library, Museum, restaurants and pubs). This hotel is quite a gem."

"It is located right near the center of the city, which means it is walking distance to many stores, restaurants and places of interest. The hotel is excellently designed to exude a sense of calm and relaxation at all times. The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful and very thoughtfully arranged with a great sense of colour, texture and a unique experience overall. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. They are great to even have a quick chat with. I loved the indoor and outdoor pool, with the dry and steam saunas. Very nice touch that I have not seen at other hotels. The food is excellent, very fresh and the chef(s) really are masters of their craft. I would highly recommend staying here."
