Absolutely amazing place to stay to get the full Santorini experience - everything about it was absolutely perfect. Hosts were incredibly kind, generous, helpful and communicative. Room was exquisite with all the amenities we needed and the view was to die for. We loved our time there and will be back!

Cozy hotel in a great location of Fira

This hotel is just open, all brand new, nice design, cozy place, location super good in Fira very close to everything, and with a nice view from the roof top, the staff, George and his team all very kind and helpful, price reasonable, warmly suggested.

It was great staying in this hotel. Nice location and manager. it has a large platform with comfortable couch to watch sunset. Btw, it is at the cliff, if you have big luggage better ask transfer service from them.

An amazing place to stay in Fira

The location right at the Caldera, the perfect view of the ocean, a nice terrace to watch the sunset and the warm and friendly staff make of this place the perfect one to stay i Santorini. We would co.e over and over to this hotal. Thank you Memi for all your kindness.

We stayed in the cave unit which opened up into a beautiful courtyard. The unit itself was very well laid out with beautiful furniture and decor. We had access to the rooftop patio with its amazing view.

Firalia, Casa in Rock Suites. Everything about this place was great! The team were so friendly and nice. The breakfast was wonderful to start off the day. The location of this hotel was centrally located to everything. We walked to restaurants, shopping and things to do around the town. The suite that we had was perfect for a family of four and the balconies has excellent view.

Firalia is a cliff side property with stunning views . The steps up to the shops and the center of town are right next to it. Kristos and Jorge took care of us like family. The rooms are literally built into the rock (In Rock Suites!) Highly recommend staying here

We expected to have a balcony based on property and room selection). While the roof above our room acted as a terrace, it was not private. Thank goodness for Teo--he helped with our luggage. Over 60 steps to get down to the hotel--not so bad going down, much harder going up to the main levels. The sunsets were very NICE.

Beautiful property in a perfect location. George was beyond helpful and accommodating. He coordinated our pickup and drop off to the property at a late hour and our ride to the airport. He also provided breakfast even though we missed the service time. We didn’t want to leave and would highly recommend staying here!

This is a smaller hotel and the staff there is super nice!! They were very kind and accomodating in making sure our stay was great. The hotel is very reasonably priced with a good location, and the place looks very nice, it matches the Santorini style I was looking for. Also, we could order a very nice complimentary breakfast every day that was perfect for getting the day started. Highly recommend!

We had a magical stay at Firalia! The rooms were modern, clean, comfortable and full of character. The hosts, George and Constantinos were warm, accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were cleaned to perfection every day by the friendly staff. The location on the scenic paths and the views are just perfect and magical. Short walk to all the shoppes and restaurants as well as transportation to beaches and Oia. Highly recommend staying at Firalia when in Santorini! We will be back!
