"Our stay was during off season so it was pretty quiet. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Jorge would message on what’s app to make sure we didn’t miss breakfast and Nykia communicated check in and the transfer from the airport very well. They were very helpful with advising us which places were open during the off season and where we should find more options as well as where everything would be closed. "

Bear in mind, you have to contact the hotel manager around one hour before your arrival, as there was no reception desk, you have to meet up the concierge from other hotel as I think this was one of their group hotels. "Incredible view! This was a trip highlight. The pool area was so fun. We got upgraded to a nice room with a little jacuzzi with a view of the caldera. Staff was very friendly. Our room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is located around lots of shops and restaurants. Totally worth the money!"
