"Everything was wonderful from checking in, port upon arrival, the room was very clean but the carpet is white and had lots of stains. Needs updated. Breakfast was fabulous. All staff in there were so nice and accommodating. We did have drinks a couple of times at the rooftop bar and did eat there once. Gorgeous view from there. The staff were excellent but slow at times. It was busy so maybe need more staff up there. It is very centrally located to everything. Would definetly stay again. "

"Excellent breakfast. Good food and plenty of choice. The staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble; so helpful. Only one complaint… no kettle in the room in order to make a cup of tea and very unusually, no room service available. "

"Location isn’t great. The area is busy with traffic. Some of the neighbouring buildings look run down. Local restaurants limited. Spa and hotel facilities good. Rooms are lovely. Staff are friendly and helpful. Can’t fault the hotel. Would stay there again."
