The apartment wasn't very clean there were hairs on the toilet sink I rented 2 days with the plan to be chill and relaxed by myself and the lady called me saying l will have to switch to another apartment the next day because the one l rented was smaller than the one she ender up putting me in. I said that l wasn’t happy about that because l needed to work and the whole idea was to stay comfortable (plus l had unpacked) She proceeds to threat me saying that she can just cancel my reservation and renting last minute will be much more expensive etc So not a nice experience The next day when l was already packing up my stuff to move as she requested she says "oh, you can stay where you are " 🙄 I have more similar trips to do to santiago but wont be coming back there!

Maravilhosa! Localização excelente, perto de TUDO: mercado, restaurantes, cafés, farmácias, bancos com caixa eletrônico. Pizzaria bem perto com preço excelente. Lugar bonito, elegante, bem iluminado, perto do Costanera e do novo Mutimercado Proprietária muito gentil, solícita, simpática. Cama boa, água quente, vista maravilhosa das cordilheiras da varanda. Bem perto da estação de metrô Los Leones. Funcionários da recepção muito gentis e educados. Pretendemos nos hospedar no mesmo lugar quando voltarmos ao Chile. Dica: restaurante "La picola Itália" na rua Ricardo Lyon, paralela ã rua da hospedagem

Estadia confortável com localização ótima.

A estadia foi confortável num geral, a localização é incrível, com certeza o ponto forte, e a vista é linda. Mas a limpeza deixou a desejar, a lixeira estava imunda, embaixo do microondas cheio de farelos e a geladeira cheia de farelos e restinhos de alguma comida.

O apartamento é bem localizado excelente por sinal . Mas o apartamento deixa um pouco a desejar… cheiro bem forte de cigarro , limpeza ruim , pegamos cotonete jogado chão… geladeira suja e toalhas éramos 3 deixaram somente duas. Vale a pena pela localização e se for passar o dia todo fora .

Bom custo-benefício

Localização incrível, pertinho de tudo e de duas estações do metrô. Alem claro de estar a 3 quadras do Costanera Center. O apartamento é muito funcional e oferece ótimo custo beneficio. Se você não se importar com mofo em algumas paredes, são alguns detalhes apenas que podem melhorar. A anfitriã super gentil.
