We have stayed at El Marques Palace many times over the last twenty years. It is a very good location for both beach and many good restaurants. The staff are always polite and very helpful. Street parking is not normally a problem but if necessary it is possible to pay for a parking space in the underground parking garage. While the rooms are clean it may be time for an update. However this will not stop us from going at least twice a year.

We have stayed in El Marques Palace many times over the last 20 years and while the appartments are always clean they are now starting to look a little tired and could do with new bathrooms and a coat of paint. Everthing else was up to their normal high standard.

Self Contained Apartment in small resort

The Apartment was nicely furnished although a little lacking in kitchen utensils. The service and Reception were very good and responsive to our needs. We did not make use of the pool complex although it looked very good and not overcrowded. It was however adjacent to a main road. The rooms with a sea view were in a building on a cul de sac so no problems with traffic noise or disturbance. The location of the Apartment complex is in a hilly area and about a 10 min walk to the sea. there is a good supermarket within a 3 min walk so is very convenient for self catering. There are a few adequate restaurants close by with nightly entertainment.

Comfortable apartments in lovely area

We had just escaped the tourist hell that is Los Cristianos, so Puerto Santiago/Los Gigantes seemed like a lovely haven. The apartments sit between the port village area of Los Gigantes and the (older and nicer end of the) Puerto Santiago strip, with easy access to both. There are plenty of very good restaurants within an easy walk, as well as beaches (rocky and sandy), look out points, supermarkets, and public transport. The apartment complex (individual apartments differ) have views of Los Gigantes and the sea - the higher up ones have much better views and get more direct sunlight. The pools were great for our kids, and there is a nice bar/restaurant attached. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments seem to be in a "standard" Canary Island configuration, with a balcony, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen/diner/second bedroom with a comfortable sofabed. The kitchen even has a washing machine - which is extremely useful. The cooking utensils were adequate for cooking pretty decent meals, although their were no supplies (like oil or salt and pepper) at all. All in all, a very comfortable place to spend a few weeks, well located to explore South Tenerife. Our only criticism is that the apartment was looking a *little* tired, but if you mentioned anything specifically you could get it fixed almost instantly.

Het complex is goed gelegen, vlakbij twee supermarkten en winkelstraten. Er is veel beweging rondom maar op de site zelf merk je daar niet zo heel veel van. Op wandelafstand van de zee, hou daarbij wel rekening met het hoogteverschil, eigen aan de regio. Tip: reserveer een parkeerplaats in het hotel want de parkeermogelijkheden zijn overal problematisch. Conclusie: een zeer net hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede prijs/kwaliteit en een aanrader.

Le personnel est très accueillant, à l’écoute, souriant et efficace. Hotel très Vieillot / certains appareils méritent d’être remplacés là machine à laver. Les chaises longues au bord de la piscine sont détériorées ne devraient plus être en service. La piscine en revanche est très propre très bien entretenue. Avec de nouvelles chaises et le personnel du bar de la piscine avenant et souriant le coin piscine serait au top.

Séjour central sur l’île

Appartements un peu vieillots et usés mais confortables quand même et fonctionnels avec ce qu’il faut pour être autonomes. Jolie piscine. Balcon agréable vue mer. Lidl juste à côté, parfait pour les courses. Parking facile dans les rues adjacentes.

Slitet men med charm!

Överlag en väldigt trevlig resa till Los Gigantes. Havsutsikt de sa, och havsutsikt det va! Underbara berg! Jag och maken reste på en egenkomponerad treöningsresa i u valde detta hotell delvis utefter bilderna på deras gym och utegym här på Hotels.com Väl framme visade det sig att de inte ens h a d e gym. Alls. Inte deras bilder alltså! Mycket märkligt. Men det låg ett helt okej större gym i närheten som man kunde träna veckovis på så det löste sig. Slitet hotell, men charmigt! Plus för tvättmaskin! Stängningen lämnade mycket att önska, och det var städning varannan dag. Det blåste in svart vulkansand över balkongen hela tiden, men det är knappast hotellets ”fel”. Läget och utsikten var toppen! Hoppas ni gillar backträning om ni bor i Los Gigantes! Överlag ett helt okej boende med mycket trevlig personal! Gulligt att man fick en flaska vin från hotellet!

große Wohnung mit Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Ausziehcouch und Küche abgetrennt durch Theke mit reichlich Ablagefläche. großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Ceranherd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Waschmaschine, ... leider keine Spülmaschine Bett zwar nur 160 breit aber gute Matratze großer Balkon mit Esstisch und 4 Stühlen, 2 Liegen Blick aufs Meer über andere Häuser (Luftlinie ca. 300m) und auf Los Gigantes Zimmerservice alle 2 Tage mit Müllentsorgung Lidl 50m neben der Anlage und Super Dino auf der anderen Seite auch 50m freundliche Betreuung an der Rezeption (24h), Mann spricht deutsch Tiefgarage für etwas mehr als 3€ am Tag (sehr zu empfehlen) - wenige Kochutensilien, verbeulte Pfanne wurde aber umgehend mit neuer Bratpfanne umgetauscht - Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Dusche mit Vorhang, aber mit Fenster und ausreichend sauber Fazit: sehr gute Ausstattung für ein 3 *** Haus

L’hébergement est super !!! Tout est parfait !!! L’appartement était grand 2 salles de bains, 2 chambres, grande terrasse parfait pour y déjeuner !!! Grande cuisine!!! Avec grand frigo!!! Idéal pour acheter à manger!!! Lidl a 2 pas!!! Sans gêner la vue qui est génial sur la mer et la montagne!!! Vraiment le paradis !!!

Appartement grand , ménage fait tous les 2 jours ( serviettes et draps changés également) personnel à l accueil très gentils . Piscine agréable , proximité de Lidl est un plus ( 2mn à pied) . Puerto Santiago est une ville très sympa et la proximité des falaises de Los Gigantes est magnifique ! Ville très typique des Canaries par rapport à las Americas et toute la côte sud. Le seul bémol de l appartement c est le manque d ustensiles de cuisines ( casseroles et poêle très petite pour 6 personnes)
