"I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly, responsive and always willing to help. A special thank you to Joel for his excellent customer service. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable.
There was some road work happening outside the hotel, but the team handled it well and helped with my luggage all the way to the taxi pickup point. I appreciate the support and would be happy to stay here again."

"Too much salt in food. Idlis were small and not fluffy. Stuff from the bakery was heavy and over sweet. The fruit was in shallow plates so it kept falling to the floor when serving. Bananas were in bunches in a net bowl with a circular bottom making it difficult to take.
2 girls in the area outside Trattoria were very efficient and 3 boys in Trattoria were professional. Other staff there and the interns should be better trained. "
