"Great overnight hotel for flights to Cusco next day. Appreciated the free drink token before going to bed and really useful free hotel shuttle bus to airport. Highly recommended "

"Hotel is literally on the doorstep of bustling Historic center of Lima. If you are looking for quiet stay, this is not the hotel for you. Think downtown NYC level traffic noise with something always happening. Great location from which to explore - walk right out the hotel to explore museums, parks and grab a bite to eat. We arrived early AM, spent the day exploring and left the next morning to fly onto Ollantaytambo in the Sacred Valley, and it worked out perfectly for us to recharge from long flight and start or Peru trip. If the noise of the traffic will bother you, maybe ask for a room on the backside of the hotel - Lima doesn't have any subways etc so ALL the traffic from this massive city is on the road and it sounded like most of it was right outside the hotel hehe. Still loved it!"

"The bed was comfortable. Mold in the bathroom was a significant problem that needs to be addressed. Being charged for tea seemed greedy."

"Denis was an incredible host! He was right there at the airport to pick me up with a sign bearing my name. He made a wonderful fresh breakfast for his guests the next morning and took me to the Larco Museum the next day. He brought me back to the airport at 0430 with a smile when I had to depart! Please understand that this is a basic room, but that was all I needed. He was very nice."
