"Poas Volcano Lodge was amazing!!We stayed there for two nights and their hospitality was great!Their staff is extremely dedicated and focused on making your stay a memorable one. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and suggesting you right activities for you depending on the weather conditions. Even their masseuse, Sefina and Margarie were great at their work, they made me feel so relaxed! I highly recommend this place for your stay in Costa Rica."

"The property has a river running behind it for a beautiful view. The owner walks the grounds and interacts with the guests and staff. Every employee was so friendly and helpful! The buffet breakfast was amazing as well as the dinner menu. I can’t find anything bad to say!"

"During our first trip to Costa Rica, we stayed at the stunning Hotel Mango Valley. Nestled in lush surroundings, the hotel offered not only breathtaking views but also invaluable local insights. The staff recommended incredible nearby attractions, including waterfalls, serene hot springs, and an engaging coffee tour, which were all standout experiences. While the hotel mostly impressed us, there were a few minor issues. The shower's water temperature fluctuated from very hot to cold, and running the toilet simultaneously further reduced the water pressure. Even if it wasn’t running, it was still similar to a beach shower. Despite this, it was manageable. We booked through Expedia, which meant our reservation did not include breakfast. However, we could purchase it at a reasonable price, and it was absolutely delicious. Overall, Hotel Mango Valley is a gem of a place, perfect for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the beauty and adventure of Costa Rica. We'd definitely recommend it for its beauty and the overall quality of the stay."
