The grounds here were very pretty- several trails where you could bird watch, and the view from the infinity pool was very nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only things we found to lower my rating slightly were that the rooms (depending on where you're assigned) can be a little way down a path and there didn't seem to be a golf cart/similar vehicle to help you with your bags. I had a group of teenagers, so hauling their own luggage wasn't a problem except that it was raining the night we stayed so everyone got wet moving luggage to our rooms. Also, you drive to the end of the road to register (and this is where you unload your luggage to take to your rooms), but then you've got to park your car in a lot closer to the main entrance, so there is extra walking involved if you had mobility issues. I know the beauty of the place is that it's surrounded by nature, but in one of our rooms we found 3 centipede/millipede type creatures (2 on the floor and 1 on the wall), and one other insect that weren't there when we first got into the room, but later likely came in via the crack under the exterior door. This freaked my daughters out as we found them right before bedtime, so if you were insect averse you might consider a location in a less outdoorsy place.
