"We took a trip to universal in socal so we chose this hotel to break up our drive into two days. The staff was welcoming and even provided snacks that evening in the dining area. There was a breakfast included the next morning. The man that was serving food was very kind and made it his goal to insure we had everything we needed. The hotel was clean, safe and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. On a side note, that guy that was serving the food needs a raise! He's amazing! Thank you!"

The air conditioner worked great and it had lots of amenities like free coffee, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower or excellent. "Amazing experience. Offered us an upgrade for a reasonable price to a presidential suite. Very large and convenient room close to the pool and the beach. The game room off of the pool was a cool addition. The beach was very nice and almost seemed like a private beach. Food was a little pricey but very good. We will be back."
