"Our ac didn’t work first three days. We had to keep calling the front desk. The room is quite dated. The only good thing about the hotel is that we felt safe and it’s in a good location."

"When we arrived they said the room wasn’t ready due to no air conditioning and that it wouldn’t be ready until the next day, and they didn’t have another room. When we asked about our paid reservation, we found out they actually didn’t have our reservation on file even though we paid for 3 nights ..."
