"Rooms was clean nice!!, staff was great and attentive respectful, breakfast was great loved the Cayeye. like the jacuzzi on the roof, roof deck was great. The views from the 3 floor were great. "Decent basic/average hotel. Fairly quiet. Great location in the center of Santa Marta. Only a few steps away from Parque de Los Novios. Was able to get a late checkout easily with no issues, which was nice. I received a towel from the front desk twice and both times the towel was not clean. "
