"The beds were hard some one TRYED to break in/come into my room 2 nights in a row between hours of 1:30-4, cleaning crew enter my room way before check out no knocking at all "

"Make sure you specify you want an room on the second floor or above. Ground floor is where I stayed...in a handicap accessible room. The furniture was outdated and there were functions that did not work in the room. I normally stay on the upper floors in a non accessible room so this review is overall."

"I usual stay at the property in Santa Maria as it is close to the office I work at. However, the property's interior is a bit outdated and the rooms seem to be inconsistently updated. The bathrooms are nice and roomy, but the low-flow shower heads mimics the amount of spray a spray bottle makes. Kind of ridiculous to spray very small amount of water therefore, the showers take longer. Thus, making any water savings extremely minimal. The staff are great and are happy to assist. No complaints....

"The staff were friendly, pleasant, and caring. I complained upon checking in about the room's cleanliness, and within 5 minutes they were inspecting the room and cleaning. The issue as I'm told many times by locals is the "some-people" who come in and stay in Santa Maria with their "excessive" party like mentality. The room was clean, new paint, new sheets, and I liked my walk-in shower! it was new! some places you can tell that it needs renovation, but this place/room was clean and had been...

"Front Desk was always occupied, ck was very easy. And they don't charge you that $100 to 200 room security deposit.The other hotel I have stayed at when you book them and already paid for stay at. Ck in they hit you with extra. They have room service every day. Nice little contintental service with pastry fruit coffee and juice. I enjoyed it so much decided to stay another 7 days"
